Actually I would give that guy credit because he is doing something completely new but all he really does is floating around and all his "RP" consists of is well... saying his name. Flying with the Consensus we tried to figure out what that guy is all about, but all we got out of him was "_____________"
To sum it up: that guy is just random. He shoots nobody, talks to nobody (in the conventional way) and I don't know how he expects anybody to interact with him.
