Hallo Herr McAllister,
For the beginning we wont need too much, a few small houses should be good.
We should be able to build them with the following:
400 Manifolds
600 units of Industrial Materials
2000 units of Consumer Goods
200 units of Basic Alloys
That should be more than enough for a start as seeds and fertilizers will be taken there by our own people.

Our people have arrived and the construction has started, we should be finished with the first few buildings very soon and can start with the farming process.
As promised we will try to integrate as many refuges as possible into the farm work, once they arrive here.
