Attainable Rate (Kbps): 24976 1268
see the above status?
SNR of mine is fine. it should be more than 50 i guess.
my Attenuation is higher than usual. and im aware of it. so im having some lags due to this.
the more you have your stats close to mine or passing it by ...the better it would be.
to check these status .:
1- write this in your browser while connected to your modem. : 192.168.1.1
admin is the pass and user.
2- in device info head for STATICS once there open up its + and seek for xDSL
then you would see the modem stats there. these are for this model Model No. TD-W8960N
yours should be the same...if you do some google about it.
ALSO : DO not turn off the fire wall. ITs correct that it will let applications do their job if they need Network.
But maybe some apps like to download using your net. So Remove any thing like Livid downloader or
Bittorent or U torrent. if you have an Anti virus which has a Fire wall...ITs Good to see if it affects the online experience.
pm me your skype if you have...perhaps there is some apps to come on your device and check it.
