Greetings Mr. Egawa. I apologize for the lateness of this reply. Seems affairs have heated up within the government and Mr. Jones had been called elsewhere momentarily.
However, we have both reviewed your suggested amendment and have decided against implementing that change. This Trade Agreement is more primarily focused on re-opening normal trade between our two nations, and any further specific supply contracts that Kishiro wishes to pursue with the Bretonian Armed Forces should be negotiated separately.
Otherwise, both myself and Mr. Jones find the final revision of the agreement satisfactory, and we have also secured its ratification within the Bretonian Parlaiment.
Once we have your final approval, we may proceed with phase 3.

I am Foreign Ministry's Secretary Kenji Hashimoto. I regret to inform you that Egawa San is unavailable at this time. It seems that I will be Finalizing the agreement between our two governments. We agree that changing our current agreement is unnecessary and we therefore wish to move forward. Let us move on to signing our agreement. I see that you have mentioned you can make arrangements with OS&C for a summit on Planet Curacao. That will do nicely. Of course we would also want Kishiro and Samura representatives to attend the summit along with the government officials and a few KNF escorts. We would need you to contact the Liberty government to grant us clearance through liberty to the Cortez system. Needless to say it would be nice for Gateway and Bowex to attend aswell.
Let us know when everything is put in to place. We will be contacting your offices to confirm the date and I am looking foward to seeing you at the summit.
