OK, I've looked at all the systems that are known to have missions. Only two bugged systems were found.

I've done a mission slightly withing the corona of sun in Omicron Gamma too, not far within, but close enough! Can you check that out with your mapping thing?

there is one indeed, happens in multiple system but the zone is only going like 4k within the corona, so no need to bother really
