Ok... Like in many previous events, there were some registered people. Like in the "Omega 9 brawl", Zayne Carrick said registration is mandatory, but later, more than half of participating corsairs weren't registered. Don't know why, maybe these people didn't knew about event, maybe they didn't wanted to reveal their character to be known in public. Who knows. Is the registration relevant then?

It is. I wanted to set a time and date based on the availiabilities of those who registered once the required amount of people is gathered, but if this is all we gonna have, I'm inclined to draw event date and time propositions based on what we have now.
