i installed disco to a separate folder, reinstalled FL, made a backup of the disco configs in windows folder, cleaned said folder, so FL would create its own files, started and had that problem.
as i havent tried to use cockpit view before i first installed disco, i can't verify that no files were changed, but why should they, when they are just copied out of FL into my disco folder?

SP incompatability on Discovery shouldn't have anything to do with the HUD or cockpit view.

Yeah i never had problems with HUD , or cockpit.
