500 mil isnt that difficult to get ahold of.
With the right ore routes, you can easily make 100mil in an hour just alt-tabbed and f2ing at everything
Besides, if a faction is applying for something like this, the FACTION should be paying for it, not just one person
If a faction wants to apply for official, or even just be put on the tracker, it really should be the combined credits of those involved.
