Things might have changed, but not that long ago the LSC, when flown by some of the SFC guys, was a super deadly ship.
It might have been nerfed since, but if not it is actually a decent ship when flown right.

I would add 4 more cruiser turrets, some powercore to power these 4 turrets and I would increase the damage of the forward gun. That should do good for this ship.

Long range firepower on a LABC can be achieved by a tripple or even double missile loadout
canceling out the LSC entirely :|
