I kind of want to change the factions involved really. I added Order simply because GMG will probably need the extra hand. Corsairs and Outcasts are center focus here, so they were a must have.
Tbh I'm still kind of debating whether Order should be attending or not (think)

If you want to give the GMG backup, add the KNF. 17 is the one containing Kurile, right? Which is technically Kusari space.
