This has to be the second or third time your so called "Secure comms" have floated through our speakers.
The next Order vessel that starts shooting civilians in New York will be seriously jeapardising our treaty.
We are sat by Zone 21. Any Order vessel that is not the Tenabras better have a good reason for entering New York.

Ehem, i would like to say for my part in this trial that kaize WAS not an order member. I don't know why he was in our system. Second i'd like to say for myself that i was simply there because i was docked there the previous day. This guy named little john was following me around, he wanted to become an order member. I do admit i was in liberty, but i do not admit to any crime except the entering on area 21, my final statement is, I did not in any way or form, attack the navy, i maybe threw some comments at them //roleplaying, but i did not attack a single play except alex, who asked me to pvp him. I have video comfirming a XENO killed alex. That is all. One more thing, i would like to add that all civilians harmed were asked if they could be test fired upon, no civilians were killed.
