are you sure your trying to launch disco exe and not the vanilla exe?
as those pics show non default folder/paths im not sure if you got the correct one, as you say no servers show in the list, if correct exe, it should show lists
disco exe installs by sefault to the appdata roaming folder i think (something like that, im not at home so cant check)
