The fighters best for piracy are obviously those with the largest cores, and the most efficient loadouts.
VHFs are probably better for piracy than light bombers, actually.

a ship that can spam minirazors could do the trick.
The corsairs also have a shot-gun type gun
So I guess titan is another option.
And recycler.
