RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Mímir - 01-11-2015 They didn't... 101st was on-board for negotiations, CL} refused and only Crimson Cross or some other faction no one knows or care about ratified it. It's not valid. If they HAD signed it, you could argue it would be in violation of rule 4.7, as there is a history (of Outcast piracy and NPC's in Liberty) that Official Factions agreed to be caretakers of. It's in their list of responsibilities. RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Fluffyball - 01-11-2015 (01-11-2015, 10:35 PM)Mímir Wrote: They didn't... Good point. And wasn't Orange Treaty ABOUT OUTCAST HEAVY CAPS IN LIBERTY ONLY? Their ZoI is all except Gallia, Rheinland and Omegas perhaps. Having played Corsairs for a few weeks, raiding with TBH and those folks, I can tell you we cannot inRP go through Breton or Rheinland core systems. Outcasts/Junker sounds good right now, thank you for that. (01-11-2015, 10:35 PM)Mímir Wrote: They didn't... Given this information, Outcasts it is. The Black Baron is going to fly for the Outcasts now. Sorry, Bundschuh, your aims were too...local. Thanks to all in this thread who armed me with the information to make a decision. See you in game! Yes it was, LR + PLR + LH don't want Outcast caps in Liberty space, if they are found, the LR and LH can destroy them on sight, regardless of why they were there Edit: Turns out I need to correct myself, if the LR, PLR or LH find any Outcasts or unregistered pirates in their space, they can destroy them, as shown in the LR bounty bourd: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=68698 Quote: Any pirate ID vessels not on the exemption list Please, show them the way out in a hail of blaster fire RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Mímir - 01-11-2015 4.1. Liberty and Independent Worlds are considered Lane Hacker and Liberty Rogue controlled space. 4.5.2. Outcasts are not allowed to conduct piracy within Lane Hacker and Liberty Rogue controlled space. http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=121348 LH~ and CL} member here. RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Teerin - 01-11-2015 You may want to take a look at the Gallic Junkers ID. Although they cannot pirate within Gallic House Space, they can do a lot of harm in Gallic Borderworlds, the Taus, and Bretonia in the name of the Gallic Crown. RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Fluffyball - 01-11-2015 I can propose Red Hessians, but those are rather concerned about Rheinland, Omegas, Sigma 13 and, wow, can go into Omicrons (especially, Omicron Alpha). However, it's the only pirate faction that do not participate into Outcast-Corsair War and hates both. (01-11-2015, 10:43 PM)Teerin Wrote: You may want to take a look at the Gallic Junkers ID. Yeah, I'm really interested into GJ character, as I found them one of the more unique factions so far. Kusari doesn't like them. Hogosha should be expanded into Bretonia too. Yeah, quasilawful factions tend to be the most interesting, along with the non-House nations. It'd be great for UC if our rivals became active again, too EDIT: (01-11-2015, 10:46 PM)Lythrilux Wrote: Should be expanded to Kusari tbh. Kusari doesn't like them. Not as much as regular Junkers, considering that GJ are privateers for the Crown. Kusari and Bretonia are no longer at war and the Imperial Exile forces have moved out of Bretonia territory; it would be a waste of time for the Hogosha to do mischief there. RE: Most wide-ranging unlawful ID? - Mímir - 01-11-2015 Wasn't the privateer thing retconned in 4.87? |
