DDOS
Hacking/cheating like "hitbox increase", "infinite 10000refire snacs", etc and every sophisticated means of cheating

DDOS, Hacking, Malicious intent towards players to force them off the server, stuff like that. Don't even give them a second chance. Odds are, they'll just do it again.

I believe that as well.
A death sentence is never a solution. It just gives the illusion of justice and it makes you feel better for a while.

As about DDOS/Hacking - it wont solve the problem,it will put more fuel into the fire.

Neither is rotting in jail for 50 years while society pays for your food, healthcare, and shelter :^)

But I suppose this isn't prison.

Even a cheater can become a productive member of the community. Not everyone, but someone can. Second chance is okay in some cases. I want to say more, but as you said, do not mention names here.
So basically this:

Let's focus people.

Also, an argument I sometimes hear when we unban players guilty of cheating, is why bother playing clean if you can just come back openly again in six months.

It was a not very good metaphor,i admit.

My point is,people change, sometimes for the good, sometimes for the worst. My choice is to leave the door open.I might get hurt,or i might get a friend.

And yes, there those that will always try to do bad things, and they don`t care for sure what we think/do about them.
Feeding their negative emotions is the worst choice.

This.

Once a cheater, always a cheater. No second chances, go find another community.

That. Retroactively ban everyone permanently who was convicted of cheating in the past as well. We don't need that stuff.

RE: Unforgivable sins? - Vondor - 01-27-2015

Why should you DDOS a server you want to play on?
