By the way - speaking as GRN| lead here - I am not opposed to Outcasts showing up, if they want to. However, it's up to the event leader to decide, I think.
It might also be a bit late for many of my faction, so no promises - but I'll see what we can drum up.

Allow me to clarify:
The outcast are more likely to shoot the GRN than they would be to shoot the council or the exiles
I didn't mean to imply that the outcasts have more issues with GRN than the council have with GRN
