In general, the shortcut's will lead to even more empty vanilla systems.

Battleground for Kusari, Rheinland, GMG, Outcasts and Corsairs? This could've been achieved with the existing systems too. Without adding AFK trader routes from the H-Fuel dreamland to Liberty.

This. Sigma 21, not legal and dangerous or not, is now a way to avoid anything in vanilla Kusari for traders from Okinawa or Sigma 19. Don't know what's the reason behind this.

The home system of a non-vanilla (unlawful-revolutionary) faction gets mining fields and becomes the shortcut of at least 1/3 of the game's trade routes.
