Reason for application: Curacao is my homeworld, and I'd really want to stay in range. However, my ressources make it somewhat difficult to find a place to permanently stay. I would like to change that, and since the Hellfire Legion and the Commonwealth of Liberty see Cortez as part of their Zone of Influence, I think it may is a good start to ask for Citizenship, as I imagine a diplomatic positive relation to you would be beneficial for both sides, be it just to avoid strange and hostile encounters, but also to open more opportunities for the future. While I think it is easy to bow to the laws of the Commonwealth, as they are support people's liberty way more than Liberty itself does, I'd also like to invite you to a diplomatic meeting, as there is one delicate topic that I want you to be aware of.

We are deeply apologetic for the delay. Your visa has been approved, and all of your vessels are clear to enter Commonwealth space barring the particular asset you mentioned.
