"Konbanwa Sisters,"

"This evening has brought some interesting events worth sharing with you all. Munen-Yume and myself were staking out the lanes in Sigma 19, to judge the shipping activity in the area; there had been reports of heightened artifact movement in the area. It did not take long for a Kishiro transport to be reported moving from near the Luxury Liner Hawaii into Honshu. Despite our attempts to hail it it continued regardless without a word. Rather rude would you not think?"

"Being curious, we traveled along from where the transport must have come from. This lead us to Sigma 17, where there appears to be a new base being constructed -
Mitchell Space Port.

Very quickly, it became apparent that this base was being supplied by Kishiro. The owner of said base attempted to bribe us away from the Kishiro puppets... sadly it seems few know to distinguish us from common pirates. Using the Kishiro transports as leverage, we sought to determine from 'Valeria' the intended purpose of the base and the Kishiro which were involved in it's construction and supply. Thus far, nothing but excuses and lies seem to have been said with regards to its purpose or qualities of the owner. However, it would not be prudent of ourselves to judge a facilities fate without discerning it's true purpose. Consequently, a meeting has been arranged for tomorrow on Newport. For the owner's sake, I hope he levels with us..."

"There is an update to our standing orders in the meantime: the interdiction of any Kishiro transport who is found to be supplying this base. Do not let up Sisters, we shall use their association with the corporate puppets as leverage."

"May the stars keep you Sisters"

The almost 30 years old Kusarian female sits pondering in a chair.

"While patroling through Rishiri I intercepted a vessel transmitting Freelancer identification codes at the trade lane leading to the Jump Gate to Nagano. His cargo consisted out of Video Games for the filthy rich oppressors spending their time and dirty money on the Orbital Spa & Cruise liner located in Nagano."

She smiles slightly sinister.

"I could convince this pilot to change his destination to Planet Malta instead and 'escorted' him there... Despite his unwillingness to distribute 'The Orange Dream' out of fear afterwards he had proven as a man of his word and did not attempt to try to run or trick me. I did let him go after the goods were delivered and he left Omicron Alpha with a cargo hold of Toxic Waste destined somewhere in the Omegas."

"May Amaterasu's light shine on you."

Munen stands infront of a Blossom in a hangar. A few male and female engineers are checking upon the ship in the background. She bows and begins to speak with a rather soft voice.

"Konbanwa, sisters.

After I patrolled the Sigmas I traveled to Omicron Beta and Omicron Alpha, mainly to update my Orchid's system maps and to see if the Maltese had something of interest in stock on their installations along the way."
She adjusts her jumpsuit and twitches her head and neck from the left to the right and back trying to relax her stiff muscles in that region.

"In Omicron Beta I met Tomas Mendes - I assume Hatsuyume should be familiar with that Maltese - and Antonio Bloodrose - I am sure Hatsuyume and the rest of you are familiar with that specific Maltese." Her voice sounded a bit darker when mentioning the latter.

"I had a pleasent conversation with these two children of Malta about a variety of things and also lead them to Ainu Depot for a shipment of 'The Orange Dream'. Afterwards I accompanied them back to Planet Malta and stayed on the planet's surface for a while due to the ion storm warning we all received. You'll find the details in the attachments."

The Kusarian's hand trials gently over the Blossom behind her while she touches one of the engineers thankfully on her shoulder and smiles at her before continuing her report.

"When I returned to Kusari I encountered diverse groups of miners in Okinawa, all transmitting Gas Miners Guild identification codes, yet different. Curious I approached them and talked to a few of them to find out more - who they were, what their stance was towards our organization and to find out details about theirs.
One of the GMG| Gas Miners assured me that my request for engine components was discussed by their superiors, we will see how reliable and supportive they may or may not prove...

When I asked about the other group's general stance towards us, I was assured they'd talk about it and that we'd receive their full attention. Their different leading figures are..."
She begins to read from the log files. "Hashi Sho, the Commonwealth's GM; Tenson-sama, the Commerce GM and Gihon-sama, the paramilitary GM.
These "unknown" miners - The Ryukyu Guild, short RG| - were cooperative and seemed to be open-minded towards us and our cause... one of them even seemed to dream secretly.
Maybe this group would be more accepting of the enlightment we have to offer than the GMG| and willing to dream together with us."

She ponders smiling for a moment about that train of thought.

"During my conversation I managed to contact a Freelancer, who promised me to deliver engine components to us to show his support in the past ... "unfortuantely" he claimed his ship engines broke down and he couldn't fullfil his side of the agreement we made earlier... This 'Cepheus' is to be approached and confronted immediatly if found in our contested space and if he doesn't have said engines with him he shall learn how it feels to be unwelcome in Kusari by our sisterhood and shall pay for his lies and treachery!" Her voice became louder and less serene and soft at the end.

She breathes slowly in and out to calm herself a bit down as she was on the verge of losing her composure. She takes a Cardamine breather and inhales slowly followed by her body's typical reaction of her eyes fluttering and a relieved smile. She bows her head slightly and smiles with false modesty.

"Better."

A woman sitting uncomfortably in a seat comes into focus, on a bridge easily recognizable as the a pirate transport due to it's makeshift appearance. She looks at the camera whilst crew members walk around her doing their duties.

"Kon'banwa Sisters,"

"Despite my initial misgivings, this evening's operations proved to be fruitful. After spotting a Samura transport travelling through Kyushu whilst captaining the Hanabira, I swapped the crew over to a newly acquired Bullmastiff transport- the Kiiroibara. We commenced an interdiction operation, intercepting the transport at Reppu Bend, Hokkaido. The 'Silk Doge', a Ryuujin train, was carrying videogames to Nagano."

"Despite making our demands of handing over enough videogames to fill the Kiiroibara's hold clear to the Captain, and highlighting that he was lucky to not have been destroyed on sight, he persisted in attempting to negotiate terms. He even threatened us with 'assistance'... Needless to say, the vacuum of space taught him his lesson. The Crimson Cross had sent a transmission a while ago stating they were to pay extra for videogames if delivered to Malta and the delivery receipt sent to them. Perhaps Maltese children do not have enough to do? For the return trip to Ainu Depot, the holds were filled with Cardamine to aid the flow of the Yume no Kusari."

Sister-yume,

When I see how far we have come, I can only feel pride for your conduct and the actions you have taken in the name of The Child Empress. From our humble beginnings as a Sisterhood we have grown in size and means. Our role in the Yume no Kusari has developed to where we may start to see small returns on our efforts to bolster it. The vessels at our disposal have also increased in number, including the vital transports and trains as well as a gifted Dragon Gunboat which lends some heavy firepower when needed. The foundations of a strong Sisterhood within the Chrysanthemum movement have been lain. However, this does not mean we are to rest on our laurels thus far! There is much more still to be done before the claim of the Empress is secured. Keep at heart that it is Yuyu's dream we fight for, a glorious reign under the hand of Amaterasu. So that it keep this dream alive, the Juhin has attached an inventory of our Sisterhood's assests. He believes the progress it indicates will only spur our fervor on.

May the stars forever keep you Sisters.

"Sisters,

during my patrol in Okinawa I encountered an unknown vessel transmitting Hogosha identification codes. Unfortunately I couldn't confront said vessel and it disappeared. If I had to guess, judging by its size, it probably was a scouting vessel with an unknown objective... No mentionworthy logs to transmit."

A slight flash of guilt crosses her face.

"I also encountered a Freelancer named Thallia Thorn and a familiar gas miner... we exchanged a few meaningless words and she seemed to be no harm to Kusari or the sisterhood. I plan however to find out more about her and her business in Kusari, nothing out of the ordinary, I assure you. Once again, no mentionworthy log to transmit. The gas miner contacted me later on. He might turn out to be useful."

That brief flash again.

"A vessel from the..." She struggles with the Rheinlandish language "...'Ver-einig-te... Wi-der-stands-ar-mee' showed up, the captain claiming he was trying to find access to ship hull panels and optronics within Kusari. Even though these commodities aren't available on any of our installations I mentioned that we might be -theoretically- able to help out since I know where these commodities might be found.

I mistook our market for Hull Segments for Ship Hull Panels initially...

However, the complications for us to go through for -their- war in Rheinland we don't care about is probably not worth our time, ressources and special ships with modified transponders... Either way, I'll include the log from our brief conversation. For some reason it got 'corrupted'... I'll let the ship go through a check by our engineers to find the problem..."

She sighs and looks clearly unhappy while adding the log.

"Gomenasai that I have not 'more' to report, sisters."

Recived from: Ritsuko-yume

Ritsuko typing the text report from planet Malta.

"Maybe it will be offensively to read, but our security system is about to collapse. I have met unknown ship near Ainu, when I say near I mean in vissible range. Gladly everithyng and the pilot himself said that he is not spying for the Kusarian 'government', but the pilot did not deny that he is exactly the spy. Pilot did not answer who are he work for, I would be wonder if he did. "

"I think we shall increase the number and distance of our patrols in Hokkaido and Okinawa to spot the enemy and unidentified forces on the distant approaches. Otherwise it could turn into the catastrophe one day"

RE: Sisterhood of Dreams - Encrypted Archives - Munen Musou - 06-24-2015

Munen gleams happily into the camera and bows as greeting.

"Konbanwa, sisters,
I have good news! The gas miner I mentioned in one of my earlier reports did indeed show up with his promised gifts of engine components for the Matsuda."
She slides a bit on her seat in anticipation. "Once the engine components were stored on the Battleship for further use in its full restoration by our engineers I met Ryujin-san to present him our 'gift' in return.

He was surprisingly open-minded considering the lies and false images spread about 'The Orange Dream' all across Sirius. His dream went slightly out of hand - the dosage I gave him must have been too high. Yet in the end everything went well and he has become a 'dreamer'."
Munen gleams.

"I sent him on his way with a small supply of the 'Orange Dream' - suited to last a few days - and a copy of Matsuda's teachings to study in.

At best the dream will open his eyes completly, grant us his full commitment and maybe the dream and our teachings will even spread amongst the other miners through him - at worst, the permanence which goes hand in hand with 'The Orange Dream' and the fact that we control the Yume no Kusari should guarantee us his future 'cooperation' for more 'exchanges of gifts'.

Either way, we should hear from him again."

Hana leans back in her chair, sipping from a cup. She grimaces at the taste, putting it to one side as she straightens up to the camera.

"Kon'banwa Sister-Yume, I bring both bitter and joyful news."

"Our recent raid into New Tokyo was fruitful, achieving both its objectives: to gain information enabling us to broadcast on a Kusari-wide frequency and to acquire resources for our Sisterhood. Using some software Munen-yume had recently acquired, details of broadcast frequencies and communication satellites were acquired. This may enable us to make a Kusari-wide broadcast, albeit until the codes are changed."

"Following this, our raiding party split up to take various positions on the New Tokyo lane network and it wasn't long until a Gateway vessel appeared. I must say, seeing a Bretonian company in Kusari created a spark of interested as they are governed by a female figure and reflect Yuyu's dream more than most. Sadly, the Captain was carrying the goods of our enemies, and thus his goods were liberated for the Sisters on Ainu. If he were a Kusarian corporation... there would be one less transport on the lanes."

"That is the good news. The bad news is that after the raid, Munen-Yume and I tracked the Gateway vessel with an interest to see what the corporation was doing in Kusari space. This led us into a joint Samura-Alliance ambush led by foul mouthed puppets... their ilk only disgrace the current Kusarian regime. The Kiiroibara has taken significant damage, and will not be space-ready for a while. We managed to escape, licking our wounds to fight another day."

"May Amaterasu find for us our time to find vengeance."

"As I wanted to visit some of our sisters on Chanai I ran into a Zoner Osprey pilot, who appeared to be confused and got lost in Tau 65 of all places." Munen sighs slightly resignating. "I did let him leave the area, since you might be able to imagine that our sisters guarding our home were less willing to speak to this 'lost one'. In Hokkaido I confronted him. He didn't attempt to flee."

She pauses and makes a face.
"After his attempt to bribe his way out of such a... 'delicate' situation I took all the weapons he must have collected on his journeys through Sirius instead, instructed him to never come back and delivered the equipment to our engineers and scientists on Kawada Research Complex for further investigation about their origin and usefulness for us. Others would have been...

...less 'forgiving'."

Sisters,

our archives and standing orders were updated.

Sadly Hatsuyume Hana Ken went MIA, we can't locate her and don't know where her journies took her the last time she was seen. Munen Musou will rise up in the ranks and becomes the new Hatsuyume for the time being. May she fill the void Hana Ken's disappearance left behind...

Since the |P-Tech| group seems to have disappeared from the Sigmas it is no longer needed to keep an eye out for their ships.

Instead a new enemy of Kusari showed its face. Tinker and Transport (T&T/) vessels seemingly support our enemies within Kusari... you will find instructions in the standing orders. Don't hestitate to use violence if they happen not to cooperate...

May the stars keep you, sisters.
