If you get sanctioned or something silly like that, just stop playing the game.

Since ramming isn't shown in server logs - You should make it somehow 'visible'
eg:
- Hey! would You mind stop hiting my ship?
- Oy! You scratch the paint
- That's enough, I swear if You hit me one again....
- You will pay for this - open fire!

The problem is - what if You don't have enough firepower to destroy the ramming person.
And the ramming itself is a provocation / excuse to kill in act of 'defending yourself'.
Is timestamp + screen of You - telling to stop - is enough to sanction the guy?

i would do it this way
after the first ramming
'hey ya stop ramming me i don't want scratches on my ship'
/time
if he does it a second time
'ya did it again... do it one more time and i will defend myself'
/time
he does it again
blow him up
if you cant kill him thats bad... i prefer speeddocking so this cant even happen
