RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Sciamach - 06-13-2015 Voodoo, Black Magic, Hocus Pocus, Witchcraft, Mumbo Jumbo, Devilry, Necromancy, Alchemy, Conjuring, Sorcery or Wizardry? RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Alley - 06-13-2015 (06-13-2015, 06:01 AM)Max Morse Wrote: Alley is currently making a replacement myBB editor for us, presumably out of magic. Took me two hours to get it to work. That was way faster than any of my expectations. I now have to add some custom code and change the bbcode format to MyBB and it's good to go. RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Tabris - 06-13-2015 Cuddles to Alley! *Hug!* RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Sabru - 06-13-2015 (06-13-2015, 09:44 AM)Alley Wrote:(06-13-2015, 06:01 AM)Max Morse Wrote: Alley is currently making a replacement myBB editor for us, presumably out of magic. now that really is magic. much kudos to Alley the magician of code RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Alley - 06-13-2015 You can try out the editor here: http://www.wysibb.com/demo/ Although be aware the bbcode returned on the demo is not MyCode and won't work on this forum. RE: Forum update issue: text editor - Connor - 06-14-2015 So, I've seen two very useful things in this version of the "broken" text editor. The "Maximise" and the "View Source" (Swap between source and a preview) button are very useful. Is there anyway of keeping this for your new version, Alley? http://i.imgur.com/BUuJhJu.png http://i.imgur.com/z106XZl.png RE: Forum update issue: text editor - SpaceTime - 06-14-2015 I don't mind if there are other editors along with the source mode, but Source Mode should come as the default option when clicking the reply/edit/preview button. |
