It already does. On a character with no iff when you use the command this should happen. I suggest you droprep your current flashing reputation before you use the command. Remember that you won't see the Independent Pirate faction on your reputation sheet until you come across a player or npc bearing one.

Eva falk = Stefan Steinar no the point was about now both pirates having same iff = Pirates.

Also alley I hope you have Pirate- as iff and not the whole Independant Pirates - Name.Surname
