Might I suggest to work on the laws around Omega-49 and adjust them in accordance to what your predecessors signed with Bretonia? Unless of course it is intentional.

I seriously wonder about how many people have actually either forgotten or dont realize in the first place that there is an O-49 JH in Poole.
Also, Nemo, there are a few parties on GC that would probably step in to protect Bretonian civilians on GC.

Just to clarify some things:
Bretonia is not taking over the system. It is merely escorting the refugee transports headed from Poole. In role-play, they will mainly send fighter to gunboat escorts with them and maybe a few small patrols to the system. But in game, we'll hopefully use larger ships and larger numbers of them. This is meant to give the BAF something to do until the GRN become stronger.
