I like it so far, nicely organized & well thought out.
Only question/concern I have at this time is, You list Outcast as neutral yet all of their allies are hostile with you. As you also show Corsairs as hostile, wouldn't it make sense to make some sort of trade agreements with the Outcast allied factions?

It wouldn't.
The Bretonians and the Outcasts have a very under the table deal. A trade agreement, on the other hand, is too public.
