if no starkillers then ban mines please. no fair if opponent can spam explosives but we cant fire our own.

Mines do require timing and somewhat skill to effectively use them, sadly.
While starkiller you just need to aim the direction of your target and hope the missile-like tracking does the job.
Also you can counter mines by CDing them, you might even kill your opponent with their own mine.

no if you spam mines it can be just as effective as starkillers, some ppl can fly such that the torp never hits them so they are avoidable.
