I personally use Skype for all my RP desires that are unfit for the forums. I also live in the states, and while I would prefer my government not seeing what I get up to, they already know plenty about my kinks and such so its past the point of not being on their radar for that sort of thing.

Actually having all listed like "Manhattan Bar" or "New London Bar" stuff like that which you could enter and RP in wouldn't be bad o_O Especially considering some people are not home or don't have access to their PC but still would like to participiate in the RP. Why not +1.
