Ok so due to this update, Battleship Oblique is now a Council base. Im basically just going to switch the starting points for the sides, re-read the OP.

I will be present and counted for the Council, Battleship ~Creature~ signing in, that is if the Council is not too afraid of the name..
I just saw that battleship Oblique is now at Planet Malakka.
