GRN in California and Kusari exploding into civil war have all been publicly mentioned. I don't understand why you need to know about the next update to name this one though.

Also, even though I suggested attrition in the other thread it's actually kinda lame in hindsight.

With that in mind, Discovery: Insurgency would be way better considering the planetside war on Leeds, the defecting GRN battlegroup and Dragons in Nagano.

I'm gonna second Jammi here. Insurgency makes the most sense. I also don't know who the heck decided on the names and I'm a story dev wearing yellow.

I like Domination a little because it is closest to describe current in game situation among faction and all , but i will not vote because there were way better names in "We need a new name for 4.88..." tread .

I wasn't aware it was going to come specifically in -this- update, just that it was coming somewhen.^^

Something rebellion themed like Insurgency would be great then, if this update does bring the Kusari civil war.

That's exactly my point though, it's better to know the content (like, from the 4 suggested names you could only guess that the gallic war is either winding down or still continues raging on). Two completely different directions.

Nah, that stuff is due for .89 so far as I know - next mod update. That's why I wondered why people were asking about what's happening next when we're trying to name the current version.

For the people asking who picked the names: it looks like the chaps in green picked their favourites from this thread.

I voted, but I agree with everyone else, those names are kind of... meh.

With that in mind, I could probably see myself backing Insurgency.
