RE: lag - Epo - 12-03-2015 My freelancer was lagging terribly when my PC was virused, try some formatting. It could freeze from 1-2 secs to 15 secs On the other hand it works perfectly (on max details in 800x600 resolution) on 64mb GPU while 256mb one doesn't support it. Freelancer just permafreezes it and pc requires restart. Especially while visiting equipment/ship dealers, but not only RE: lag - TheShooter36 - 12-03-2015 NoMe unless ur pc is a win95 era trash u can run FL with 60 fps at those settings (even my win98 trash did it when i had it)(when i say trash im talking about 240 mb ram with 32 mb VRAM thing) RE: lag - NoMe - 12-04-2015 computer: 1800ghz no overclocked, 1.5giga ram, graphic card geforce6200 512 mo, XPsp3 yes it's an old computer i must add, sometime, it is my connection! for Epo, is in pob dealer? if yes, try to make free space in your shop, it is betyter after. i have a pob who run with 2 *pages* but not fast, but it work. RE: lag - Exploration - 12-04-2015 Okay your spec is way way more than needed for this game. I've played the game on a laptop which had barely a quarter of the power that thing has. Having some trouble seeing why your FPS would be lower than at least 60-70. Do you have any resource heavy programs running in the background i.e an Antivirus or something? since it would probably sap alot of CPU and RAM along with Internet if it updates it's definitions at the same time. (I know mine does, it's fairly noticeable on even a modern 2014 spec laptop i was using recently..) |
