Why not use a military ID? Soldiers are supposed to be honourable defenders of the realm, and the military ID is slightly more RP (imo) for this kind of faction than a freelancer would be, as they are working for themselves...

Actually that was the initial idea, but military belongs to a state(teritory) wich stiks us to a certain region.
Also being in a Bounty Hunter Guild allow us to accomplish missions almost Sirius-wide and use their ships and weapons.

Actually, the Military ID says something along the lines of, "A player equipped with this ID belongs to the Sirius Military forces. A member of can do..."
So really, all you'd have to do is establish a home region and use their ships - then you'd still be Sirius-wide.
