I don't understand the question but as you might expect I'd go for anything that makes snub PvP more common.

Depends on the definition of "gods" because on some assumptions you could say that the two are equal.
But if we assume being a god as knowing everything, being able to do anything and having ultimate power and such, then obviously, yes.
