Yeah really. You're jumping the gun a bit, I suggest you check your facts before going guns-blazing at the Dev or Admin team. They do this for free you know, not to mention this is your own error. It would have been better if you didn't know where it was sold to ask either an Angel or post a reasonably phrased question asking where it was. On top of that I personally think it's completely disrespectful the way you fire that at people when you clearly haven't been here long enough to know half the information about this game. I wouldn't expect people to help you out with that attitude to be frank.
