and the rogues are still left with more bases to dock at than them
sry but i think that the hf base in california is there just to make gameplay for the hf/xenos a little more fun since they have like -27 places to dock at in the place their zoi is in

I mean I got a little bit surprised with seeing the HF base in California as well. Not precisely the fact that it's there, but it appeared without any previous warning. Seriously, anything, ANY mention of it in the forum RP would make it completely fine, but still. I understand the gameplay reason behind it, although I do still believe that the HF raids coming out from Vespucci, while a bit time-consuming, are much more fun than just logging in California and flying 10k.
Also, realistically, you could just change the Planetform rephack for Hellfire to -,3 and we'd all be good.

Giving extra favors to particular factions is bad cause of some reasons we all know , It's a RP community so I think RP should be done before creating anything like Base or Shipline, Especially bases have direct influence on gameplay so there should be RP for it and one last thing "Every Faction Should Be Treated Equally "
