ok man, if you are on a wired up network (not wireless) go into safe mode with networking, open up internet explorer (or Firefox) go to this site:
http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/
have it do a full scan of your system then type in here all the trojans and stuff it finds. I've used this site time and time again, it's a life saver.
