I really like the idea of this. And since it will be balanced out (or at least that is what I believe) I don't see why all the unlawfuls in Liberty stay away from this. There is so many of them.

After (hopefully) finding some unlawfuls to participate this event has been postponed until next weekend, an actual date and time will be posted soon-ish
I am going to assume that the time and date change will most likely change the current attendees so please re-affirm attendance after the new date&time is posted.

I was in Rheinland one and will like to participate in this one as well , but since 20:00 server time it is usually 2-3 hours late for my usually game time it is not big chance for that .
Still if i make it i can come in OSC-sasapinjic2 liner or i can make one pirate if need be to balance sides .
