I still might be wrong about 343 ID, but I don't think Exiles would ever withdraw Nagasaki from Kyushu or move out Yamaguchi with its skeleton crew (not sure if its drive has been repaired anyway)...

Yeah, checked the Exiles ID. They can't even fly the BC. Guess I'll have to think of a way to balance that.

Well, I've heard during events that usual ID rules (mainly ZOI) does not limit people and would work with BC on Exile ID, since it is Kusari Lawful cell.
