I think the user should have the option to change it to whatever, and whenever they want. (staying with in the server/forum rules ofc)
paying for it seems kinda meh tho
Or lets say user reaches 500 post then they have the option available. (just an example)

They're just pointless attention whoring. They should be reserved for relevant titles only, such as factions under blue names.
