I apologize for the delay, our department is currently really busy handling several issues and number of personnel is limited due to flu epidemic.

Anyway, all information you provided has been reviewed and inspekteur der polizei decided to grant you permission for construction of up to four weapon platforms. Conditions stay the same as before - use of so called "full hostile automatic defense mode three" which would cause platform opening fire at all unregistered ships is not allowed as well as placing any ships which are not added in Rheinland criminal database or declared criminals on black list of the defense system, and no weapon platform can be placed further than four kilometers from your base.
