Obviously. The model was randomly made ages ago. If not taking the turret into account could it meet the style requirements of SCRA on a "draft" level?

I agree, I'm rather fond of it myself, minus the turret naturally.
If you'd like to further refine the design, I'd suggest you take a look at the Typhoon when you get a chance and see how it's designed. I imagine a transport would be similar to our destroyer, only retooled for trade and not war.
