well the program i use is decent, not the best but it does what i need it to do...
only problem is, it works for like 60 days then i have to do a re-install of my operating system to get it to work again >.<

If a trial runs out, you don't need to re-install your entire operating system.
You need to do something like uninstall the program, then go into the registries and find something and delete it...
Go look it up on google.
