Only the Commune. I'd rather bar the Outcasts from joining, as the Defenders numbers might rise too high. The attackers do need to destroy objectives along with defending themselves. Their job is harder than it sounds.

Point two: ● During the event the system will be locked down, and closed for those not registering in time to be listed as participants.
- I don't have any plans to add them to the listing. We'll figure out another event sometime in the future where those who couldn't participate here, can in the future.
Edit: It would be for RP purposes entirely, no PVP, if A/) tag showed up, and if so only due to interaction with an invited group. But roger, makes sense.
