I told you how things roll around here in Roussillon, years ago, you didn't give a damn, you don't give a damn now either. The only reason your bases weren't razed yet is that it'd look ugly for Council officials to shoot Council indies for breaking quite simple and easily followable laws meant to be enforced on mainly non-Council players.
On a second though, perhaps more actively enforcing those laws on those characters of you not meant to be present in Roussillon may teach you a bit about roleplay.

The community has grown fond of NoMe due to his light hearted attitude, but only with the subtext that his actions - no matter how silly, do not pose harm to the roleplay environment and are within reason.
The statement made by him above shows a potential breach of that border that nobody will (or should) tolerate.

by chance thyrzul, do you know the segolene1, à bas le roi, newch2, sirga, démocratie core, smeowgly, and several other who fight under the Council *drapeau*
they are a part of the roussillon council security, how do you think that roussillon would be quiet without them?
