I'm confused. how, exactly, did he kill your character?
I mean, for your character to be dead...you'd have to be playing along. and, you know, not playing the character.
Simply refuse to accept that it is dead. Permadeathing someone else's character without their permission isn't so much against the rules as it is possible. Don't allow it. Simply play the character. In that sense, the only way your character can be Permadeathed, is if you allow it.

Not a big deal really. Someone can tell everyone the sky is purple, but it doesn't make it true.
If the 'murdering' party wrote your character's death in a post somewhere or something, PM the dude to change it...if the hombre refuses, then just scoff it off & call it propaganda.

The cruiser shot at and destroyed the LPI liberator.
LPI says - Ejecting!, landing on manhattan
Cruiser- Tractors in pod
Cruise - Ejects pod and vaporizes with nomad gun!

[Admin]Vero reforms the vaporized pod and all contents and sends it on towards Manhattan to land safely.
Vero then backhand slaps the offending cruiser halfway across Sirius. The crushing blow damages the cruise engines and jump gate/hole interface system, trapping them in Omicron Lost forever!
Okay, so I didnt really do the backhand slap part, but it would have been fun.
As others have said: Unless you have previously agreed to it, no one can permadeath your character except you.
Ignore the perpetrators comments as if they were static.

bad rp. Happens to me once in a while, I tend to go bitchy enough at them so they shut their traps. I then log off before they continue powergaming.
As for that vape thing, I think it was dealt between him and Adrian. I've also been told by an external source some of the reasons, neway I don't care anymore

Well, lets see, I have read the server rules, I see that if I am defeated in battle that I must leave the system for 4 hours. Ok, Check.

Ignore permadeath playing on you. It's un-enforcable. It's unethical. It's not playing well.
Pretend it didn't happen. If they get up their backs about it, go about your business.
If they hassle you about it ss any harrassing PM's and send them to the admins.
Vape thing was a joke. One that many people didnt seem to get. It's been dealt with.
