Rhienland Imperial Guard - rags - 12-03-2008 ' Wrote:yes...sigma 13 is very....very....crowded....unless i'm on.Then all the traders run away :P na you werent rude no chance pal sorry is what they all should have said besides being so rude to posted stuff on the forums you should respect each others ideas you should be tellling them what they should think else of so far your a very great person Rhienland Imperial Guard - Ironwatsas - 12-03-2008 Let me put it bluntly; No Even if this wasn't thought up in under Quote:3 minutesthen it would still fail to explain... well... everything. Even the simples faction takes a LONG time to make. For example, I've been working on the Consortium and it's background for about 3 of months now and we're still a long way from becoming a coherant faction. Your purposal: 1: Dosen't fit with the storyline of... really anything ever done on the server at all 2: New ships specifically designed for the faction? Probably not, unless you happen to have homebuilt models ALREADY which are fully ready for implementation. 3: The closest thing to Uber ships you're going to get is a Catamaran/Red Catamaran, which is getting wtfnerfed next version. And everyone will hate you for having that, let alone a whole fleet of ships. 4: Where is Rhineland supposed to get the money for ANY of this? 5: Why would Rhineland do any of this in the first place? No offense, but this sounds like a 5 year old thought it up. Igiss and any other Admin is likely to agree with me on that point. Rhienland Imperial Guard - pieguy259 - 12-03-2008 This idea: no. If you want to make a Rheinland Imperial Guard, the only thing I could think of that fits that name is just that: a guard service for the Kanzler and various other VIPs, and you won't be able to do much with that. Rhienland Imperial Guard - Kambei - 12-04-2008 Whole plan sounds like cheap B grade movie from Vietnam. There is too much violence, too much kung-fu, too much explosions but no sex and no logic. Rhienland Imperial Guard - GhostFace - 12-04-2008 Indeed to me this proposal sounds like a "I want to start a faction only for uber people with uber ships, capships all the way!" kinda faction. Though take some time to research on Rhienlend and talk to to some of the Rhienlend official factions, basically get to know their lore and see what's available. Rhienland Imperial Guard - Magoo! - 12-04-2008 Quote:There is too much violence, too much kung-fu, too much explosions but no sex and no logic. I can still break your face. Don't hate. Anyways... Try looking around in HERE and HERE aaaand HERE. Among a myriad of other links, I just dug up three important ones. Oh, and if they aren't locked, don't post there. Rhienland Imperial Guard - jshkornmiller - 12-04-2008 I'm going to have to say, no too./ What would you need 10 battleships for? this would be like the trade federation on Star Wars. Witch this is not. Also, you REALLY need to learn good grammar. Break your ideas into paragraphs and put these things in there (.,.;:-) Proper grammar is a good way to show you can actually Role play well, in my opinion. Although, there is a difference between bad spelling and good grammar. Rhienland Imperial Guard - Cellulanus - 12-04-2008 Read your post (took me three times, lrn2grammar), no way this thing is getting in even as a shadow of your current idea. Rhienland Imperial Guard - Zig - 12-04-2008 It's a real testament to the maturity of this community that its members actually respond seriously to a post like this, and don't simply guffaw, post a facepalm pic, and silently weep for humanity. Fortunately, I, being clinically immature, am under no such constraints! *guffaw* ![]() *tear* Rhienland Imperial Guard - Fellow Hoodlum - 12-04-2008 All the above, and no credits received for proposal = lock, gentlemen Hoodlum |
