That ship was probably his main. If you had 1 account with 3 ships and the one you grinded so much for got bastilled almost inmediatly, being it your first large invesment in the mod, you'd have reason to be upset. It's a mistake on the side of the greens.

Caps should be limited to responsible people only imo. That would make many locals leave, that's why devs can't afford that even if they'd want it.

It really is a daft system. If anything, it seems like answers are taking even longer with this new system.

I figured that by not just deciding at the time, the new system is effectively creating more of a backlog than what was originally in place.
-But uh. Personally that isn't a reason to abandon ship, though. It is true stuff takes forever and a day with this new system but a little patience will probably serve you well here, as painful of a suggestion as that is to read. Though moral of the story is to ensure the rules are followed, I suppose.
