Why thank you very much good sir. I must say as a new player going for the Recycler has not been the best of choices. I can confirm the way you need to fly it to get some (most cases not enough) results is completely different from anything else I've flown with much better results. Often I have to resort to a ton of luck, just unleashing all hell in a single volley and prayin' to hit sumthin' to get my friend I've been sparrin' with down to 5% hull in his HF, only to not land another hit and be destroyed. I have found the Avenger, and even Sabre (though I still lack the skills to fly it proper) to be much better suited to my skillset. The Collector I used for a bit as a very green fighter pilot, but got sucked into the SHF idea of moar guns means more violencing of boats. I may just dust the Collector off in another effort of building a Junker only account, implementing your advice to try and get the best out of what I hear is supposed to be a little beast on the playing field.
Edit: Too much brightness for my irradiated eyes.

As sidenote, the minirazor is much harder to land than the tartarus/inferno. These 2 have much higher projectile speeds and are therefore much easier to land.
(At least when I did the fancy PvPs)

I'm newbyte (I played fews years ago, but things had changed a little..^^)
Question 1 : I have a Stellion (very Heavy fighter) and I cannot put a torpedo launcher . How I can do it ? Is it possible ? Where I can Buy it ?
Question 2 : In shield and thruster window, there are few new spots (equipment type 2, 3, 4) Apparently, it's for additionnal shields. Is it working or not ? If yes, where (or how ?) can I buy its additionnal shields (or Items) ?

Fighter torpedoes were removed from the game. No sellpoints.
Additional equipment slots are not useable for snubcraft yet. Maybe something new will be added in the future.
