Crimes and Cases - Cellulanus - 12-09-2008 Only time this would work was in organized events. Game play doesn't allow for this easily when its a free for all out there. Crimes and Cases - Xing - 12-09-2008 or, if you are very lucky and both party are willing. Is a good idea, could be fun to implement a rule modification: player has the right to surrender. any player that is captured has to leave the system for 24 hours. good for when you need to log off, get a goodly bit of rp in before bed! Crimes and Cases - Barrier - 12-10-2008 So would that be food for thought for you admin people-that-hear-and-see-everything:D? I mean about adding rules or something like that. Would be cool if people started rp'ing more... Crimes and Cases - Heartless - 12-10-2008 I like the idea... but here in Disco, the cold Iron hand of the Admins and the sanctions rule:) Crimes and Cases - n00bl3t - 12-10-2008 How would you capture someone in-game effectively? Furthermore, it would require more forum RP than in-game RP to run smoothly. Crimes and Cases - Barrier - 12-10-2008 capturing is like taking under custidy, with the person required to drop all bats/bots. It's good to fine the person and let him go if it's not a serious crime, like robbery with no victims. I can already see that lawfuls will abuse this too much. My whole point of the idea is that the criminals do what they are suppose to do in real life, like going to jail, or being charged if they are caught. |
