Some other folks and I have gathered up to form a Xeno group, though currently there's no writeup of any kind. If you're interested, poke me on Skype; kaivryen__ (with two underscores).

Maybe, i wanted to try to lead a faction and not just join another one because that would maybe not make me put effort in it.

As others have said just don't overthink it. Go make a Xeno and fly around for a bit to see how it suits you.
I lead the XA for a while and it was some of the most fun I've had in my time here. My old Xeno was the first character I remade once I had enough credits. I've got a small fleet of Xeno stuff now so if you ever want to fly just hit me up.

Joining Petitioner's group is probably the best opportunity to the ball rolling. These people probably have knowledge of Xenos lore and thus are a big help for you. With them, you've also found a group of people willing to fly with you.

I will come back at your offer if i made my decision but i am overall impressed by the amount of positive feedback.

I've seen a few xenon indies recently, which is a nice change from running into traders or the navy. And a 3 way brawl navy/xenos/rogues would be interesting indeed.
