Well, there are a few curves which I don't really get why you put there, as it's a lot "smoother" in a way than the Serenity, but I don't have any problems with the rest.
Textures .. well, again matter of taste , but that isn't bad either.

Haha it really looks like Platypus. When I see it big now, it is actually quite nice.

I personally like it more than old model , especially because of technical improvements :
it has Cruiser shield , 350 Cruise speed , BS flak , all 8 turrets firing forward , stuck much less in trade lines .
It can use little more cargo , and it really suck because you have only 3 turrets firing backwards + flak slot .

I just like the look of the one on the wiki..looks more like an explorer/research kind of vessel, new model looks way more military.

The wiki model is the old Geb Order carrier model, aka a placeholder made white , and had horrible weapon placements imo.
