It would be though be a interesting idea to make power-ups a PoB-built Item that lasts only a given amount of time before expiring (I.e vanishing) to give people who trade instead of honing their PVP-skills a somewhat more level playing field in fights.
Sure, it would have to balanced in terms of resources needed to built, amount of time it's usable and how much it actually buffs the core. But it might give the currently somewhat stale state of PoBs a new purpose.
